Returns

As a small independent business, we do not accept general returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please email us at craftexpressbd@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories (if applicable).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Process

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you may return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can not be Cancelled after confirmation of order. Please make sure before confirming your order.
