AMBASSADOR COLLABORATION AGREEMENT

1. Scope of Work

The Influencer agrees to create and publish the following content:

• Content Type: Post/Story/Reel/Video

• Platform: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. (if any)

• Atleast 3 contents should be posted every month

2. Compensation

• Payment Amount:  10% commission on the total value of each sale made with your code.

• Payment Schedule: All the commission of a month will be given within the first 10 days of the next month.

• Payment Method: Bkash

3. Deliverables & Expectations

• The Influencer will recieve a unique promo code to share with your audience.
• Customers using this code will receive a 10% discount on their purchases.
• The Influencer will mention/tag Craft Express 2.0 (FB page) Or @_craft_express_ (insta page) in all content.

6. Confidentiality & Exclusivity

• All collaboration details must remain confidential.

7. About Products

• Complementary Products will be send over you via courier service to your shipping address.
• The Brand will send more Complementary Products based on the analytics if necessary.
• The influencer will have to receive the products by paying the Delivery Charge only.

8. Agreement Period

Agreement wil be Renewed (if aplicable) every 3 months after starting.

9. Cancellation & Termination

• The Brand reserves the right to stop the promo code at any time, but the Influencer will still receive the commission for any completed sales before deactivation.

• Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms.

10. Agreement Acknowledgment

By filling up the form bellow, the influencer agrees with all of the terms and conditions mentioned above.
